Scherer's began as a labor of love. From the search, purchase, refurbish, the display to the sales pitch…this was a work of art and a passion for my aunt and uncle. For this reason, Scherer's has been a trusted name in the architectural antique business world for 40 years.
To do Max and Jeri Scherer's memory justice, Scherer's Architectural Antiques will live on under the able hands and minds of their protégés, Manuel Herrera, their right hand man of 38 years of service, and their great niece and nephew, Lori Levacy and Wade Musil.
We are located in Cerrillos, NM, on the historic Turquoise Trail Scenic Byway (once Route 66). Our village is just 15 miles south of Santa Fe and 35 miles north of Albuquerque. This location is owned by Lori Musil-Levacy and her shops' number is 505-474-5841.
The brick and reproduction terra cotta end of Scherer's Antiques is still in Lincoln, Nebraska off of South 56th Street with a warehouse location in downtown Omaha. This location is owned by Manuel and Jeri Herrera and their number is 402-2423-1582.
